How do I add a signature to my messages?

Adding a signature to your messages in Webmail is a good way to make your messages look more professional.

To add a signature to your messages:

  1. Select Options near the bottom left corner.
  2. Select Identities and then Local Account.
  3. Under the Signature field, type in your signature message.
  4. Put a checkmark under the Add the signature to every message you compose option.
  5. Select Save Preferences.
