Why can’t I find my show in a search even though I know it’s on?

The TiVo® boxes use your Channel List to search for shows. Follow these steps to verify that the channel your show is on is selected:

  1. Go to TiVo Central.
  2. Select Menu.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Select Channel Settings.
  5. Select Channel List.
  6. Scroll down to the channel and verify that it has a checkmark next to it (if not, press Select).
