Do I move my Cogeco equipment modems, HD DVR, etc. to my new home myself?

Yes, please bring all Cogeco equipment with you to your new home. When you contact Customer Service to set up services at your new home, we'll also arrange the return of any equipment that won't be used there. If you have a phone modem that is locked in place, we will also send you a key so you can unlock the device.
