Yes, under certain conditions, you may be able to connect your services at the new address yourself. When you contact us to arrange the move, we will determine if you qualify and and make arrangements for the return of any equipment you can't take with you. To see if you qualify for self-installation and make the necessary arrangements, please contact Customer Service. We'll need to confirm the following:
- Your address has active service from a previous installation.
- The services you are interested in are available (TiVo, for example, requires a professional installation to connect the equipment on a home network).
- There are coaxial outlets already installed at the locations where you want service.
