To see if a credit has been applied to your account, we recommend checking the first Cogeco bill you received after your credit after your credit was set to be applied. Please keep in mind that in some cases, there are approval processes on our end, which could delay the credit being applied to your account.
Good to know: If you want to see if your credit has been applied to your account before it appears on your bill, you can always view your most up-to-date balance in My Account, and see if it's lower than it would otherwise be. Learn more about checking your account balance.
