If you’ve received a late payment notice, you should make your full payment through My Account or through your financial institution’s online (or telephone) banking system as soon as possible.
If you’re making a late payment through My Account, there’s no need to report it to Cogeco, as payments made in this way are posted to your account within 1 business day.
However, if you’re making a late payment using another method, please call our credit department at 1-866-232-9017 to report your payment date, method and amount. Here are our credit department’s hours of operation:
- Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Sunday and holidays: closed
