What do I do if I didn't pay my previous bill and now have "Previous Month Charges"?

In the Account Summary on your bill you will always see a Previous Month Charges section, which includes your Previous Balance, Payments, and the remaining due. If there is a leftover balance under Previous month subtotal, you should make your full payment through My Account or through your financial institution’s online (or telephone) banking system as soon as possible.

If you’re making a late payment through My Account, there’s no need to report it to Cogeco, as payments made in this way are posted to your account within 1 business day.

However, if you’re making a late payment using another method, please call our credit department at 1-866-232-9017 to report your payment date, method and amount. Here are our credit department’s hours of operation:

  • Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Sunday and holidays: closed
