  • Purchased Equipment - Manufacturers’ warranty terms and conditions apply to equipment purchased from Cogeco, and Cogeco will replace faulty equipment during the warranty period.
  • Rental Equipment - Faulty rental equipment will be replaced at no charge during the contract term, so long as the device malfunction has not resulted from misuse.
