As a Business customer, do I need special equipment or a router to make Hosted PBX work?

No additional telephone lines, PBX hardware or installation is needed. Hosted PBX works with a high speed Internet connection, which is already included in your Hosted PBX package. A router/switch will be provided during the installation process.
