How do I sign up for paperless billing so I can access my bills online?

You can sign up for paperless billing (eBilling) in the My Account app or in a browser. Here’s how:

Setting up paperless billing on the My Account app

  1. Open the My Account app and log in (download the app from Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code below).

  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select Payment settings.
  4. Select eBilling.
  5. Enter the email address you would like to use.
  6. Select Sign up.

Then, to view your bills in the app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the My Account app and log in.
  2. Select the Billing tab.
  3. Select My Bill.
  4. Select View my bill.

To view previous bills (up to 24 months), select the History tab.

Setting up paperless billing in a browser

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Billing from the side menu.
  3. Select EBilling settings from the top menu.
  4. Enter the email address you would like to use.
  5. Select Subscribe.

Then, to view your bills online, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Billing from the side menu.
  3. Select Overview from the top menu.
  4. Under Invoices, select View next to the bill you want to open.

To view previous bills (up to 24 months), select Billing history from the top menu.
