What is the range of a Cogeco Wi-Fi Pod?

It’s difficult to provide exact Wi-Fi Pod range numbers because of all the variables, such as the layout and construction of each home or business.

  • A Wi-Fi Pod usually has a range of 9 to 12 metres (30 to 40 feet) through walls, but can reach 18 to 24 metres (60 to 80 feet) with a line of sight free of obstructions.
  • If you place Wi-Fi Pods in several rooms, our system will optimize the Pod-to-Pod connections after measuring their performance.
