What do I need to know about my EPICO profile and personalized section?

When you first open EPICO, you’ll be asked to create a profile for yourself and each member of your family. Every time you open EPICO, you’ll be able to choose which profile to use.

Your profile gives you access to your personalized section in the EPICO main menu.

What you can expect in your personalized section on your EPICO 4K Box, in a browser or on a mobile device

The following personalized options can be found in the main EPICO menu under your profile name.

• My channels: a personalized feed of recommended channels, based on your viewing habits.
• Recordings: access to your recordings and their cloud storage space (shared across all profiles on your account).
• Netflix: a feed of Netflix content, personalized to the last Netflix profile used (EPICO 4K Box version only).
• In progress: a list of in-progress titles, which includes any movies you haven’t completed and any TV shows you’re currently watching.
• My List: a collection of your favourites, which are titles you’ve specifically marked as favourites, or series you’re recording or watch frequently.
• Downloads: all the content that you’ve downloaded to this device (mobile app version only).
• Transactions: all the on-demand content you’ve rented or purchased (available across all profiles).

Good to know: On your EPICO 4K Box, you can select more than one profile at the same time, and you’ll get recommendations of what to watch together, tailored to the combined profiles selected.

What you can expect in your personalized section in the EPICO app on a streaming device

The following personalized options can be found in the main EPICO menu by selecting Home.

• New arrivals: recent DVR recordings and new VOD titles from your favourite channels.
• Live on my favorite channels: a list of titles playing live on your favourite channels.
• Continue watching: a list of in-progress titles, which includes any movies you haven't completed and any TV shows you’re currently watching.
• My List: a collection of your favourites, which are titles you’ve specifically marked as favourites.
• Recommended for you: a personalized feed of recommended titles, based on your viewing habits.
• Rented or purchased: all the on-demand content you’ve rented or purchased (available across all profiles).
