There are two main ways to customize the channels in your EPICO guide:

  • Subscribed: This is an automatic filter that only displays the channels you subscribe to, based on your subscription with Cogeco. This will also include any channels currently on a free preview.
  • Favourites: This is a customized filter, allowing you to make a Favourite List with only the channels you want to see.

Good to know: In addition to the main filters, you can also filter by Category (Movies, Sports, etc.) or Quality (HD, 4K, etc.).

Creating a Favourite List

  1. Access the complete guide (on your remote, press GUIDE, then the right arrow).
  2. Press Option on your remote, then select Favourite channels.
  3. From the list of channels, press OK on your remote on each channels you wish to add to your Favourite list (a heart shape will be highlighted for confirmation).
  4. When you are done, you can press the Back button on your remote twice to go back to the guide.

Applying Filters on your TV

  1. From the main menu, select Watch TV then On Now.
  2. Select View Guide; or press the GUIDE button on your remote control.
  3. Press the Option button on the remote control, or scroll to the filtering options at the top of the channel list.
  4. From Filter By, select Subscribed or Favourite list.

To remove the filter, follow the same steps and select All Channels.

Applying Filters on your mobile device

  1. From the main menu, select Watch TV then On now.
  2. Tap View all.
  3. Tap the Filter icon on the top right of the screen.
  4. From the filter list, select Subscribed channels or Favourite list.

To remove the filter, follow the same steps and select All Channels.
