Cogeco is going paperless and moving our customers to eBilling by default. However, you can still qualify for paper billing if you fall into at least one of the categories below:
- You’re 65 years of age or older
- You don’t have Internet with Cogeco
- You identify as having a disability
To unsubscribe from eBilling and receive a paper version of your bill, please contact us.
- If you’re a Residential customer, contact us here.
- If you’re a Business client, contact us here.
Good to know: If you unsubscribe from eBilling, you’ll no longer receive email notifications about your bill.
