How do I use the Address Book with IP Relay?

IP Relay includes an Address Book in the web platform, and a Contacts section in the app. Any entries added in one tool will be available in both.

IP Relay Web Platform

Select the Address Book tab.

From here you can perform the following actions:

• Call a contact - Click on an existing contact to place their number in the Number to dial field. The call will not actually start until you click the Call button.
• Delete a contact - Click on the x next to the contact to delete it.
• Add a contact - Enter a name and phone number in the fields at the bottom and click Add.
• Edit a contact - Contacts cannot be edited in the web platform so you will need to delete the original contact and re-add it.

IP Relay App

Select the Contacts tab.

From here you can perform the following actions:

• Call a contact - Select an existing contact and tap Call to place their number in the Number to dial. The call will not actually start until you click the Call button on the Call tab.
• Delete a contact - Select an existing contact and tap Delete.
• Edit a contact - Select an existing contact and tap the name or phone number field to edit it.
• Add a contact - Tap New, enter a name and phone number, and tap Add to save the new contact.
