How do I make changes to my Cogeco services?

You can manage the following Cogeco services through My Account:

  • Modify your channel selections, including My Mix packages, a la carte, and premium channels (for more information on changing channel selections, see here).
  • Change your Internet tier (Residential-only).

For all other changes, please contact us (see Residential or Business contacts).
