How do I make changes to my Cogeco services?

You can manage the following Cogeco services through My Account:

  • Modify your channel selections, including My Mix packages, a la carte, and premium channels.
  • Change your Internet tier.

For all other changes, please contact us or submit your request online, and someone will get back to you shortly.
