If you are using one of Cogeco’s latest modems (Arris TG3452 or Hitron CODA-4589) please consult the sticker (pictured below) located on the back of the modem. Your default Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password are located here.

For all other modems, the easiest way to find your default network name and Wi-Fi password is within My Account. Just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Equipment in the menu.

Don’t have a My Account profile yet? Create one today.

Good to know:

  • If you’ve changed your network name or password, this change won’t be reflected within My Account. So if you’ve forgotten your modified network name or password, you will need to reset them.
  • If you're using Cogeco Wi-Fi Pods, the SSID and password are controlled through the Cogeco Wi-Fi App. Go to the Access tab to view networks and reset passwords.
