Why is my monthly rate going up?

Although we do everything we can to keep costs down for our customers, bringing you the service you’ve come to expect from Cogeco sometimes results in increased monthly rates.

Regarding TV

We’re committed to bringing our customers the best experience, and that includes the hottest shows and channels. However, with the quality of programming on the rise, so are production costs, and some of these costs are being passed on to TV service providers, such as Cogeco.

Regarding Internet and Phone

We’re committed to delivering consistently fast and reliable service to our customers. As one of the country's leading fibre broadband providers with more than 11,000 km of our own fibre, we’ve carried through on this promise, but with people’s Internet needs growing and more connected devices than ever before, we have to keep pushing forward. Our commitment to innovation means that we are always investing in research and new technologies to keep you connected.
