Sometimes if there is a loose connection or a crack in one of your cables, it may allow an over-the-air signal to leak into your network. This competing signal can can cause poor image quality or even a double-image on your screen. If you are seeing a double image, try the following:

  • Check to make sure your cables are finger-tight at the wall, your TV, and any connected equipment
  • If your cable connects to anything like a VCR or sound system, try bypassing it and connect the cable directly from the wall to the TV/receiver.
  • If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us to arrange for a Service Call (see Residential or Business contacts). Our technician will be able to trace the signal and replace any cables or devices as needed.
