What do I do if my digital receiver displays an error message?

If you’ve recently updated your choice of channels, it's possible that your receiver hasn’t yet caught up with your current channel selection for your package. To fix this, try the following:

  1. Check that all the cables are correctly and firmly connected.
  2. If you're still having problems, unplug your receiver and wait 15 seconds.
  3. Plug it back in, but wait 60 seconds before turning it back on.

If, after following these steps, your receiver is still displaying "Not authorized" on some of the channels you should be receiving, contact technical support.
