How do I change my appointment date?

You can reschedule with My Account if your appointment is:

  • In more than 24 hours
  • For an equipment or service installation

If your appointment is in less than a day or is for technical support, please call us:

Rescheduling your appointment

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. On the Dashboard, select Reschedule.
  3. Choose from the suggested dates or select See other availabilities and select the one that works for you.
  4. Choose a time slot and add instructions if needed.
  5. Select Confirm your appointment.
  6. Confirm that all the information is correct then select Submit.
