How do I change my appointment date?

You can reschedule with My Account if your appointment is:

  • In more than 24 hours
  • For an equipment or service installation

If your appointment is in less than a day or is for technical support, please call us:

Rescheduling your appointment

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. On the Dashboard, there will be an Upcoming installation appointment widget showing your pending appointment details.
  3. Select Reschedule.
  4. Choose from the available dates in the Select a date dropdown.
  5. Choose a time slot and add instructions if needed.
  6. Select Confirm your appointment.
  7. Confirm that all the information is correct then select Submit.
