To advise us of your upcoming move in My Account, follow these steps:
- Log in to My Account
- Select the Profile icon located in the top right corner
- Select Profile settings
- Select Inform Cogeco of a move under Service Address, then complete the form
One of our customer service representatives will call you to finalize the details and set an appointment for our technician to come to your new home.
If Cogeco services are not available at your new address, the form will be considered as a request to disconnect your services.
