Yes. To advise us of your upcoming move in My Account, follow these steps:
- Log in to My Account.
- Select Account settings from the side menu.
- Select the Moving tab, then complete the form.
One of our customer service representatives will call you to finalize the details and set an appointment for our technician to come to your new home.
Note: Before completing the form you will be asked to check for service availability at your new address. If service is not available at the new address, you will need to contact us at 1-866-428-3517 to arrange a full disconnection.
