This usually occurs with an HDMI connection from the receiver to the TV. Please follow the steps below to resolve the situation.
- Check if the problem is present on one or many channels. If the problem is present on one channel only, please refer to the Reported Outages page to check if there is an outage on this channel (see Residential or Business outages).
- If there are many channels affected, try the following:
- Turn off the receiver by pressing CBL and PWR, wait 15 seconds, and turn the receiver back on.
- Unplug the HDMI cable from the receiver or the TV, wait 15 seconds, and plug the HDMI cable back in.
