This is usually caused with a HDMI connection from the receiver to the TV. Please follow the steps below to resolve the situation.
- Check if the problem is present on one or many channels. If the problem is present on one channel only, please refer to the Reported Outages page to check if there is an outage on this channel.
- If there are many channels affected, turn off the receiver by pressing CBL and PWR, then wait 15 seconds. Turn the receiver back on. The sound should now go together.
- Otherwise, unplug the HDMI cable behind the receiver or the TV, and then wait 15 seconds. Plug the HDMI cable back in. The sound should now go together.
