Can I be notified by text message (SMS) when my bill is ready to view in My Account?

Although this feature isn’t available at this time, if you’re subscribed to paperless billing, you will be notified over email as soon as your monthly bill is ready to view online.

If you aren’t yet registered for paperless billing, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Billing from the side menu.
  3. Select EBilling Settings from the top menu.
  4. Enter the email address you would like to use.
  5. Select Subscribe.
