Yes, you can download your bills from the My Account app to print them from your device, or print your bills directly through My Account in a browser. Here’s how:
Printing a bill from the app
- Open the My Account app and log in (download the app from Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code below).
- Select the Billing tab.
- Select View my bill or select the History tab to choose a previous bill.
- Select Download my bill.
- Send the downloaded PDF to print.
Note: The My Account app is not currently available to former DERY/Axion customers who migrated to Cogeco.
Printing a bill through a browser
- Log in to My Account.
- Select Billing from the side menu.
- Select the View button associated with the bill you want to review.
- Select the printer icon in the top right corner of the bill.
