Can I configure my Call Forwarding remotely?

If you're not at your home or business you can still configure your Call Forwarding remotely.

To enable Remote Call Forwarding, dial 24# from your home/business line, which will provide a toll-free number for setting up the remote access along with a PIN for authorization. The PIN will be the last four digits of the phone number by default and can be changed by pressing *96.

To access your Call Forwarding features when you’re away, simply dial the remote access number from any phone. When you hear the welcome message, enter your Cogeco phone number and your PIN, then follow the prompts.

To use this feature, you must be subscribed to Call Forwarding.
