If you want to view your Internet usage for your current and past 3 billing cycles:
- Log in to My Account
- Select Internet in the main menu.
- Select View details.
From there, you can view:
- A history of your current usage, available daily.
- Usage from your last 3 billing cycles, so you can spot any changes.
- The usage notifications you’ve received.

To help you manage your Internet usage, Cogeco sends automatic emails when you reach 75%, 90% and 100% of your monthly bandwidth limit. By default these notifications will be sent to your primary Cogeco email address, but you can select a different address by contacting Customer Service.
Monthly Internet usage caps and additional costs for going over
Some of our Internet packages have a monthly data capacity limit (byte cap). If this applies to your package, additional fees are charged when you exceed this limit and a new line will be added to your bill detailing the exact number of GBs that were over your limit and the cost of that usage.
