As a Business customer, how can I configure my domain name (hosted elsewhere than Cogeco) for email?

Only your email/domain host can provide you with the necessary info to configure your incoming email.

You can use Cogeco’s outbound server parameters as follows:

  • Server name:
  • Username: not required
  • Password: not required
  • Port number: 25
