What options do I have for paying my bill?

You can pay your Cogeco bills whichever way is most convenient for you. Select an option below for more details.

Pre-authorized payments via bank account

You can set up pre-authorized payments from your bank account through My Account or by contacting us.

One-time payments

If you prefer to make a one-time payment with us each month, there are several ways to do this. See below for options.

• Through your financial institution - Most financial institutions have the option to pay bills directly through their online or telephone banking system, or in person. Payments made through online or telephone banking will be posted to your Cogeco account in 3 to 4 business days and payments through an ATM or teller will be posted in 7 to 10 business days.
  • To set up payments through your financial institution, you’ll need to provide your 11-digit Cogeco account number and the payee will be Cogeco Connexion Ontario or Cogeco Connexion Québec.
• Through My Account - Payments from a credit card through My Account will be posted to your Cogeco account in 1 calendar day. Learn more about paying your bill on My Account.
• Through our secure payment system - To make a credit card payment over the phone, contact us to use our secure payment system. If you’ve been authenticated with your phone number and PIN you can select Billing and Make a payment to use our automated system. If your phone number or PIN doesn’t match, you can speak to a rep and we’ll transfer you once we verify your account.

• Through the mail (for Residential customers only) - Residential customers can mail a cheque or money order to Cogeco using one of the addresses below. Payments sent in the mail will be posted to your Cogeco account in 5 to 10 business days. This method is not recommended as payments will not be traceable.
