To find your account balance and see important information about your bill:
- Log in to My Account.
- Select Billing from the main menu.
- Select View my bill.
To find the date on which your payment is due, click on View next to the invoice in question.
Don't have a My Account profile yet? Create one today.
Good to know: Your current account balance may include charges and payments that have been posted to your account since your last invoice, as well as any amount still due. Some of these fees may include usage charges, such as Pay Per View rentals, Internet overage charges or long distance minutes not included in your plan.
