In the event of a Canada Post strike in the coming weeks, you may experience some delays with paper mail and courier shipments. Please see below for how this may impact you and select a topic for more detail.
- Equipment returns - Keep until Canada Post service resumes
- Equipment deliveries - No impact
- Payments by mail - Will not be received
- Bills and other communications - No delivery, but available on My Account.
Equipment returns
In the event of a strike, please hold on to your equipment and return it when Canada Post service resumes.
If you were charged for unreturned equipment, these charges will be credited automatically when the equipment is received.
Equipment deliveries
Equipment we send to you will be delivered by UPS and will not be affected.
Payments
Since we won’t receive your payments by mail in the event of a strike, we recommend paying through My Account or setting up pre-authorized payments.

Bills and other communications
Paper mail, including bills and other communications, will not be delivered in the event of a strike.
