How do I update my Cogeco Security to the new version?

In September 2023, we released a new version of Cogeco Security with more features and the ability to protect more devices. Our security software is still free for Cogeco Internet subscribers, so if you have Internet with us, you can switch to the new version of Cogeco Security at any time—or download our security software for the first time.

To get the new version of Cogeco Security, you need to uninstall the version you have now, and install the new one.

Good to know: The previous version of Cogeco Security will be disabled in November 2023, when all customers will need the new version to continue using our security software.
