Where can I view messages from Cogeco in My Account?

You can view your messages from Cogeco in My Account, in a browser or in the My Account app. My Account messages are separate from the notifications we send over email.

Viewing messages in a browser

  1. Open My Account and log in.
  2. On the main Dashboard page, select Hello [your name] at the top right.


  3. Select Notifications from the dropdown.

Viewing messages in the app

  1. Open the My Account app and log in (download the app from Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code below).

  2. Select the bell icon at the top right. You’ll see a blue dot if there’s an unread message.
