You can view your messages from Cogeco in My Account in a browser or in the My Account app. My Account messages are separate from the notifications we send over email.
Viewing messages in a browser
- Open My Account and log in.
- On the main Dashboard page, select Hello [your name] at the top right.
- Select Notifications from the dropdown.
Viewing messages in the app
- Open the My Account app and log in (download the app from Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code below).
- Select the bell icon at the top right. You’ll see a blue dot if there’s an unread message.
