Will I be charged for cancelling my services with my current provider?

This will depend on any contracts or offers you have with your current provider. We recommend contacting them if you aren’t sure.

Tip: Book your installation appointment with Cogeco before cancelling your current services, so you don’t risk being stuck without Internet, TV or a home phone line.

Good to know: If you’re switching over to Cogeco for your home phone service, you must keep your current phone subscription active if you want to keep your same number. In fact, if you’re keeping your same number then once your Cogeco service is installed, your previous phone plan will be cancelled automatically.
