On the day your account is integrated, you will temporarily lose service during the night from approximately 11 p.m. to 3 a.m..
You will receive an automated call 24 hours before the integration date so that you can prepare. If you have an alarm system, we invite you to contact your security system supplier for any questions on this subject.
If your services are not restored by noon the next day, please contact us at 1-833-997-1101.
